COLDCUT™ COBRA – Extinguishing Cutter

COLDCUT™ COBRA – Extinguishing Cutter

Safer Firefighting Firefighting indoors is dangerous. The Coldcut™ Cobra high-pressure extinguisher offers an alternative method where a quick initial attack on the fire can be made from a safe location outside. Cobra can penetrate all known building materials in a short time. With its powerful, fine mist water jet, it effectively cools fire gases using only a small amount of water. The Coldcut Cobra is the strongest tool for tackling fires that are hidden or difficult to access.

Effective Firefighting If Coldcut Cobra can be deployed early in the fire’s progression, it stops the fire and thus gives valuable time for the rescue operation leader to plan further actions using traditional firefighting tools and tactics. A combination of using an infrared camera to locate fire hotspots and penetrating these points with Coldcut Cobra has proven to be an effective tactic in many cases.

Environmentally Friendly Traditional firefighting uses large amounts of water. This not only causes damage to property but also increases the risk of groundwater and other water source contamination. The water consumption of an attack made with the Coldcut Cobra extinguishing cutter in the early stages of a fire is minimal, significantly reducing the risk of environmental damage. Additionally, the amount of toxic and unpleasant fire gas emissions is significantly reduced.

Coldcut™ Cobra C 360 H Installation Kit The C 360 H is a cutting extinguisher system (58 l/min) designed for installation in larger fire trucks. This system is designed to be integrated with the existing hydraulic system of the fire truck and is supplied with a hydraulic motor interface (mounted on a high-pressure water pump) including the main components and the lance. Alternative solutions for aerial platforms are available upon request.

Performance: Water flow: maximum 58 l/min Pump pressure: 250–300 bar
