Formtex is a fire and industrial hose, constructed with a circulair woven hose jacket made of poly-
ester fabric and a vulcanised inner tube made of 100% EPDM rubber. The hose is available in a
number of versions. Formtex Ultra is mostly used in hose reels/cabinets. The specially adapted Ultra Extra is special
designed to be used to convert older hose in hose reels.
- Remarkable flexibility, much better than other hose types.
- Can cope with extreme bends, with low friction against flooring and obstacles.
- Amazingly lightweight. One third the weight of standard rubber or plastic hoses.
- Highly durable, with a very high burst pressure despite the low weight.

- Incredibly flexible even at very low temperatures
