Hytrans Pump Systems

Hytrans Systems specializes in manufacturing hydraulically operated, portable pump systems designed for both fire and flood control. These systems are capable of transferring large volumes of water over long distances, offering unparalleled flexibility and efficiency. The unique hydraulic-driven submersible floating pump simplifies the positioning of the pump unit, making it easier to access challenging water sources. Additionally, the system includes hose containers and hose recovery systems to streamline operations.

One of the standout products in the Hytrans lineup is the HydroSub. This system is engineered for emergency water supply and can be deployed swiftly with minimal manpower. It features a hydraulically driven submersible floating pump, which allows for quick access to any open water source. The submersible pump is connected to a diesel-powered hydraulic powerpack, enabling rapid deployment up to 60 meters away from the powerpack. This innovative design allows for a vertical pump lift of up to 60 meters, effectively eliminating draft issues and suction losses. Hytrans offers a range of HydroSub units, with capacities reaching up to 45,000 liters per minute at 12 bar, ensuring robust performance in even the most demanding situations.

Hytrans Flood Solution

HydroSub 60 – HydroSub 150 – HydroSub 250 The Flood solution consists of submersible pumps, connection material and the special lightweight 12” hose. All this can be connected to a HydroSub 60, HydroSub 150 or HydroSub 250.

Hytrans FloodModule
